What a great post! Love it.
I'd like to see Howard try and explain behavioural targeting to your average HR manager. Now that really is frustrating. Especially when you can see that blank look descend across their face.
It's good to be reminded that:
"it's all marketing, advertising, communications.
that's all you need to worry about.
don't worry about delivery - which can be technical in the fine details - because we'll cope with that."

I like the bit about not having to understand the details of the printing process to talk about a print campaign.
In all the years I've been doing this I've never really worked out why some otherwise intelligent people get so spooked when the internet is mentioned!
