Nice idea but I've just had a go and there is quite a steep learning curve involved in using the system IMHO. Still in Beta though so lets hope it improves.......

@Matt - I agree there can be a bit of a learning curve for new users. We're working on making VisualCV.com easier - our September release will be focused entirely on the top usability issues we're hearing about from our members during our Beta phase. Too many people just rattle off a CV without taking enough time, care and attention over it. A well prepared CV stands out a mile from others that aren't and will therefore be the one that gets a candidate invited for interview
