Just come across twitter myself and feeling it out, seems most recruitment people I speak to have very little clue about it.

Not going to CIPD awards though so little use to you right now.

P.s. nothing wrong with incoherent fat fingered welshman twittering - that description pretty accurately sums myself up as well!
