I'm assuming this isn't intentional - although who knows - perhaps part of the self selection process is for candidates to prove their high levels of initiative in working out how to apply for the job. I know it's getting to be tough market - but surely even for a £30k role that's quite some hoop jumping required? ;-)

Incidentally, I counted seven recruitment cliches in this ad and then had to give up. It was either that or punch myself repeatedly in the face.
Can anyone see more? Ghastly repetitions don't count.

Clearly welcoming applications from all sections of the community has now been broadened to actively include those with intense spiritual and intuitive powers. Bet they didn't see that coming...

I think you're all being overly harsh. Isn't it obvious that they are expecting people reply via a Google search. This could well be recruitment ad of the year!
